21 to 28 July 2018 … set sail and embark on an adventurous, historical, beautiful tour of the stunning islands off the coast of Croatia in the Adriatic Sea.
Over the course of 7 days, we sail from Week One Dubrovnik to Split and Week Two the Port of Split to Dubrovnik. The itinerary is like ‘ a tasting plate of Croatia’ including some of the best destinations that Croatia has to offer, such as Hvar, the magical Pakleni Islands, the National Park in Mljet, the fortified town of Korčula and the magical island of Vis and it’s hidden gem; Stivina Bay.

Yoga classes are an hour long in some of the most breath taking settings you’ve ever taken a class. There is still time to explore world famous islands, such as Hvar where you can wander the streets, explore the old castle and enjoy sunset cocktails.
Day 1 – We set sail from the Port of Split (Marina Kaštela) to Milna (Brac) for an evening meditation before sleep. Arrival to port no later than 1pm …
Day 2-6 will include, morning yoga, followed by a delicious and nutritious breakfast, prepared fresh each day. After breakfast we set sail, making our way down the coast, swimming, sightseeing,island hopping, etc., porting each night for a guided meditation, sunset, and dinner.
Day 7 – We port in Dubrovnik, where we are able to explore the old town streets, historical sights, culture and more. (Last night on the boat)
Day 8 – Disembark by 8am, where a few of us will be staying and embarking on a guided day tour to the holy city of Medjugorje. You are welcome to accompany us, sharing accommodation and tour guide.

This sailing-yoga experience is suitable for all ages and levels of experience.
Snorkeling gear provided if you don’t have your own.
For freedivers, expect to learn advanced pranayama, lung stretches, meditation, visualization, and Yin Yoga for deep relaxation and body awareness out of or in water.
Cabins are on a twin share basis, so bring a friend!
